A new dosing lab in Kanjurmarg

We have opened a dosing lab at our Kanjurmarg office: a working commercial kitchen, a laundry with two machine sizes, and a full washroom bay. It exists so that a cleaning plan can be tested on real surfaces, with your water, before anything ships to your site.

Why a room and not a slide deck

Most cleaning problems are local. Water hardness changes what a laundry programme needs. A kitchen's grease load depends on what it cooks and how often the extract is serviced. A washroom's limescale depends on the same water that made the laundry difficult. None of that survives a generic recommendation, and none of it is visible in a product catalogue.

The lab lets us do the boring, useful thing: run the actual programme, on the actual soil, and measure what comes out.

What you can do there

Bring a soiled item — a section of flooring, a stained linen sample, a grill tray — and we will work through the dilutions with you. Laundry customers can run a full programme at two machine sizes and see the wash curve. Kitchen teams can test a degreaser against their own baked-on soil rather than a lab standard.

We also use the room for training. A housekeeping team that has mixed a 1% solution with their own hands, and then seen what 2% leaves behind on drying, does not need to be persuaded about dosing charts afterwards.

Booking
